Virginia Gaudreau RN
DRACUT Virginia Mary (Breen) Gaudreau RN, 81, of Dracut, formerly of Lowell, died unexpectedly Monday, January 20, 2009 at her home in Dracut. She was the widow of Edward Gaudreau who passed away in 1987.
Born February 27, 1927, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Breen, and the late Dorothy (McFadden) Breen. Educated in Lowell, she graduated from St. Peter’s School and Lowell High School. She also was a graduate of St. John’s Hospital School of Nursing.
She resided in Dracut, and was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church. She was employed for over 30 years in the maternity department in the labor & delivery room at St. John’s Hospital.
She is survived by a daughter, Ginny Harms of Lunenburg, a son, Robert Gaudreau and his wife, Theresa (Quinlan), of Dracut, 3 grandchildren; Nicholas Harms of Lunenburg and Kristin and Allison Gaudreau of Dracut. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Raymond Breen and the late Charles Breen.
