Theresa C. (Silva) Burke

LOWELL Theresa C. (Silva) Burke, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Mass General Hospital in Boston after a long illness.
She was the daughter of the late Manuel and the late Charlotte Silva. She is survived by her husband, Michael Burke; her son, Jason Burke; and her sister, Rita Silva.

Theresa was raised in Lowell where she attended the area schools, graduating from Lowell High School, before graduating from Castle College in Windham, New Hampshire. She was employed in the billing department of St. John’s Hospital and Raytheon. She was also a manager for Avon. Theresa was a volunteer at the cancer center at St. John’s Hospital in Lowell.
