Sr. Emily Marie Silveira, O.S.C.
ANDOVER Sr. Emily Marie Silveira, O.S.C., 67, passed away, Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the Monastery of St. Clare in Andover.
Born August 22, 1947, in Faial, Azores, Portugal, she was a daughter of the late Jose Dutra Silveira and the late Julia (Andrade) Silveira.
Sister entered into Religious Life October 21, 1984, and professed her Final Solemn Vows August 25, 1990.
Her survivors include her brothers and sisters, Mary Peixoto, John Silveira, Connie Silveira, Manuel Silveira, and Angelina Simoes all of East Providence, and Lucy Forloney of Cranston, RI, and Sergio Silveira of East Providence.
She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Silveira.
