Sean F. Swift
METHUEN Sean F. Swift, 38, died unexpectedly, Monday, September 8, 2008. He was the husband of Kimberly (Meagher) Swift.
The son of Donna (Hamel) Boland of Litchfield, NH, and James Swift of Oregon, he was born February 24, 1970, in Methuen, and was educated in the Methuen and Londonderry school systems, graduating from Londonderry High School, Class of 1988. Sean then attended and graduated from the Police Academy in 1998, and has been a police officer for the Town of Chelmsford for over ten years. He was a wonderful husband and a proud father, and enjoyed spending time with his two beautiful daughters, and his loving wife who was his best friend.
His survivors include his wife, Kim and his daughter, Laci of Methuen; his mother, Donna and her husband, Thomas Boland of Litchfield; his father, James of Oregon; his grandmother, Mildred Swift of Wilmington; his brother, Ryan Boland and his wife, Kelley, of Haverhill; his sister, Kelly Russell and her husband, Jeff, of Londonderry; his uncle, Jack Swift and his wife, Nancy, of Byfield; his mother in law, Sandy Meagher of Lowell; his father in law, Thomas Meagher of Lowell; his brother in law, Brian Meagher of Lowell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Sean was the beloved and proud father of the late Madison Swift who brought immense joy to his life until her death in 2007, as well as the grandson of the late Butch Swift and the late Alfred and Bernadette Hamel.
