Samson Davenport
LOWELL Samson Davenport, 60, of Lowell, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at his residence unexpectedly.
Mr. Davenport was born on August 18, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia. He served in The United States Army and was a Vietnam War veteran.
Samson was formerly employed by D’Youville Manor Nursing Home and Coca-Cola in Lowell. Most recently he working as a clerk at Byrne’s Liquors in Lowell. He was known to all as a friendly guy and will especially be remembered as “the fashion guru” of the Lowell Transitional Living Center.
He is survived by his daughter, Rosland Davenport of Lowell and his friends at The Lowell Transitional Living Center.
