Roy Leo White
BELOVED FATHER
MELROSE Roy Leo White, 39, of Malden, died unexpectedly Monday, October 3, 2011 at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. He was the husband of Jeannette (Rosa) White, with whom he married March 1, 2011.
Roy was born November 5, 1971, in Melrose and was a son of Ann Fredette White of Lowell and the late Richard L. White. He grew up in Stoneham and Lowell and was educated in the Lowell area schools.
When Roy was a young boy, he worked shining shoes in Downtown Lowell. Later in his life, he had many jobs in the construction and landscaping industries throughout the Lowell area. He was a friendly guy and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughter, Makayla Jade White.
Besides his wife, Jeannette White of Malden, formerly of Lowell, and his mother, Ann White of Lowell, he is survived by a son, Alex White of New York; a daughter, Makayla Jade White of Malden; four brothers, Johnny Fredette and his wife, PJ of Lowell, Mark White and his wife, Ann of Lowell, and Randy White of Florida, Richie White of Salem, NH; a sister Donna White of Florida; a mother in law Nilda Rosa of Lowell; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
