LOWELL Robert J. Martin, 74, of Lowell died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at his home. He was the widower of Evelyn Martin, who passed away in 2007 after 46 years of marriage.
Born April 30, 1937, in Lowell, he was a son of the late Americo, and the late Lucille (Bastien) Martin, he attended the local schools.
Mr. Martin enjoyed camping, fishing and working on cars. He worked for many years in the maintenance field of the healthcare industry.
He is survived by a daughter, Linda Grimard and her husband, Ron, of Lowell, 2 granddaughters; Jennifer Grimard and Katelyn Grimard both of Lowell and a sister in law; Pauline Martin of Chelmsford.
He was also a brother of the late Wayne Martin.
