Raymond A. Swienski

LOWELL Raymond A. Swienski, 58, of Dracut, died of natural causes, April 19, 2013 at Lowell General Hospital. The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius (Helen) Swienski, and the husband of the late Debra (Ninteau) Swienski.
He was educated in the Lowell School system, graduating from Lowell High School with the class of 1973. In 1974, Raymond worked for Pioneer Market before later working for Raytheon. He retired from the Maintenance Department of Raytheon after over 30 years. He was brought up on Back Central Street and enjoyed playing all sports, especially hockey and football. Raymond was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church.
He is survived by two sons, Raymond Swienski and Matthew Swienski; and a daughter, Melanie Sadek; two granddaughters, Sabrina Swienski and Amber Swienski; two brothers, William Swienski and David Swienski; three step-children, Christine Walton, John Ninteau and Laura Ninteau Delaney; four step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his best friends, William Lake and Mary Lou Boisvert; and the late John Peredina.
