Mary Perry
LOWELL Mary Perry, 93, of Lowell, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at Fairhaven Nursing Home.
Born May 9. 1914, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Frank Perry, and the late Mary (Picanso) Perry, she attended the local schools.
Ms. Perry was a member of the Lowell Senior Citizens, Dracut Senior Citizens, Centralville Senior Citizens, and the Salvation Army SAGE Club. She enjoyed country line dancing and traveling on bus tours.
A lifelong Lowell resident, she was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church. She was employed as a seamstress for many many years with various Mills and other companies including Arrow Shirts and a pajama factory in Lowell. During World War II she even made parachutes to help the war effort, in which her brother Charles Perry, gave his life for his country.
She is survived by many distant cousins.
