Paul J. ‘Lucky’ Trowbridge Jr.
DEDHAM Paul J. ‘Lucky’ Trowbridge Jr., 73, of Dedham, passed away after a long term illness, Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Kindred Care and Rehabilitation in Dedham.
He was born November 15, 1942, in Lowell and was a son of the late Paul J. Trowbridge and the late Rita M. (Cleary) Trowbridge. Paul was raised in Lowell where he attended St. Michael School before graduating from Lowell High School.
He lived in Lowell for most of his life, before residing in Dedham for the past 20 years. When he lived in Lowell, he was a communicant of St. Margaret Parish in Lowell and was employed as a journeyman printer for over 30 years for the Courier Citizen before his retirement. He loved fishing and spending time at the beach. Although he had many passions throughout his life, spending time with his grandchildren brought him the most happiness. Paul will be missed by everyone for his sense of humor and the way he had the ability to light up any room he entered.
He is survived by his children, Barbara Green of Newmarket, NH, Sheila Childs and her husband, Raymond, of Pelham, NH, Paul Trowbridge III of Hudson, NH and Gary Trowbridge and his wife, Jodi, of Lowell; his grandchildren, Raymond, Ryan, and Jennifer Childs, and Joseph, Michael, and Matthew Green; a brother, Michael Trowbridge of Salem, NH; and his niece and nephew, Ronnie and Shayla Hoyt.
Paul is also survived by his partner Phyllis Yaffe of Dedham, and her children, Elisa, Esther, and Michael; as well as many friends.
He was the former spouse to the late Sandra Stanavich, and brother of the late Karen Raynolds.
