Patrick J. "Pat" Deignan
"Beloved brother and uncle, avid Red Sox fan"
LOWELL Patrick J. "Pat" Deignan, 48, of Lowell, died unexpectedly July 26, 2010 at his home.
Born February 12, 1962, he was a son of the late Robert L. and Pauline G. (Trevors) Deignan. He was a graduate of Pawtucket Jr. High School, Central Catholic, Middlesex CC degree in Liberal Arts
He was a lifelong Pawtucketville resident, and was an avid sports fan. He was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox, and was a member of "Red Sox Nation", he enjoyed watching the Red Sox both at home and at Fenway Park. He also enjoyed spending time in comedy clubs and watching a good movie. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, and taking them to Lake Winnipasaukee. He worked in the Lowell area as a security guard, most recently for Ballard.
He is survived by his brother Robert L. Deignan and his wife Souphan of Lowell, Two sisters, Paula A. Sweeney and her husband Joseph of Dracut, and Janice M. Straw and her husband Michael of Raymond, NH; his nieces and nephews Shannon Sweeney of Dracut, Bobby and Bernie Deignan of Lowell, and Michael Straw of Raymond, NH. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was also the nephew of the late Charles and Janice (Trevors) Allen.
