Jeanne P. Noel
Founder of Angel Advocacy
METHUEN Jeanne P. Noel, 71, of Methuen, died May 2, at Methuen Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A daughter of the late William C. and the late Olive (Ricker) Noel, she was born November 11, 1936, in Everett.
For more than twenty years, Jeanne, owned and operated Miller Noel Associates, Inc., an advertising agency in New York City, NY.
Jeanne was also the founder of Angel Advocacy, an advocacy group devoted to assisting the elderly and disabled in the their normal daily needs of transportation to medical providers, shopping, and getting around in order to keep themselves more self sufficient. Her tireless efforts throughout the Franklin County and Worcester County areas touched many lives in a kind and giving manner, and she will be remembered foundly for her dedication and ability to bring a smile with her endless wit.
She is survived by a daughter, Victoria Hines and her husband, David, of Fitchburg; a brother, Eben John Noel II and his wife, Lucille, of Jamaica Plain; a sister, Jo-An M. Noel of San Diego, CA, a niece, Joy Noel Case of Andover; and several cousins including Frank Ricker of Woburn.
In accordance with Jeanne’s wishes, cremation and burial took place privately at Woodlawn Crematory and Cemetery in Everett.
