Mary F. Nagle
LOWELL Mary F. (Mulcahy) Nagle, 82, of Lowell, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Saints Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the widow of the late Richard J. Nagle who died in 2010.
A daughter of the late David and the late Helen (Supple) Mulcahy, she was born September 3, 1929, in Cambridge, MA and graduated from Lowell Teachers College.
Mary worked as a teacher for the Lowell School Department for more than thirty years, mostly at the Rogers School. She was proud to say that all students who left her first grade class were able to read and write. She was a communicant of Holy Family Parish.
Her favorite past time was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, and she also enjoyed winters in Florida and summers in Wells Beach Maine.
She is survived by her children, Richard D. Nagle and his wife, Janice L. Nagle, of Chelmsford, Michael J. Nagle and his life companion, Kevin Bennett, of Jaffrey, NH, Nancy A. Vieira and her husband, William C. Vieira, of Lowell, and David J. Nagle of New Boston, NH; her grandchildren, Johanna Nagle, Christina Nagle. and Charles Vieira; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was also the sister of the late Florence Dee Dupris.
