Mary Elizabeth (Miller) Thibodeau
LOWELL Mary Elizabeth “MaryBeth” Monica (Miller) Thibodeau, 64, longtime Lowell resident died peacefully in her home surrounded by family after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. MaryBeth was raised in Burlington, MA. She earned her Associates degree in Nursing and worked for over thirty years as an RN in Chelmsford—the majority of the time in pediatrics. She loved working with children and helping families.
She was an avid reader especially of mystery novels and local papers. She was always interested in what was happening in the world, big and little. She was quick to love and appreciate others, just as they are. She was creative and enjoyed crochet and needlepoint, word puzzles and crosswords, trips to the ocean, and spending time with her family. Her kind and loving soul will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her father, Donald Miller of Windham, NH; her siblings, Michael and Sandra Miller of Hampton, NH, Judy and Larry Armstrong of Windham, NH, Kevin and Christine Miller of Pelham, NH, and Mark and Linda Miller of Dracut; her children, Renée Thibodeau and Nick Chechile of Salem, MA, Sean and Sarah Thibodeau of Lowell, James Thibodeau of Lowell, and Maryanne Thibodeau of Lowell; and two grandchildren, Henry and Simone Thibodeau of Lowell. She was predeceased by her husband, Gary Thibodeau and her mother, Geraldine Miller.
