Marion C. Wayne

LOWELL Marion C. (St. Onge) Wayne, 83, of Lowell, died peacefully Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Wingate of Belvidere after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 17, 1929, in Springfield, she was a daughter of the late Albert J. and the late Sarah J. (Westover) St. Onge. She was educated in the Lowell Schools. She was a member of the former St. Peter's Parish, and was a member of the Sodality, as well as a member of the choir, and was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post 662, Walker Rogers. She was also a good friend of Castle Hill and enjoyed Bingo and arts and crafts.

She resided in Lowell for many years and had worked for the Educator Bisquit Company before becoming affiliated with B.T.U. Engineering as a cable assembler.

She is survived by five children, Kathleen P. Zimmerman and her partner James Sacca of Stoneham, Karen Paquette and her husband, Thomas, of Tyngsboro, Colleen T. Wayne of Largo, FL, John P. Wayne and his wife Kellie of Lowell, and Maureen Wayne Ayotte and her husband Ronald of Manchester, NH; five grandchildren, Suzanne Wilkins, Bernard F. Johnston III, Jeffrey Paquette, Catherine Paquette, Michael Paquette, and Sarah Wayne; four great grandchildren, Brayden, Chase and Landen Wilkins, Abianna Lopez; three sisters, Margaret Brenner of Salem, New Hampshire, Helen Willis of Haverhill, and Eileen Young of Warwick, Rhode Island; and several nieces and nephews.

She was married to the late John A. Wayne and the mother of the late Michael A. Wayne, and sister of the late Leo St. Onge.
At Her request Calling Hours have been omitted and her Funeral took place privately. Memorials in her name to the American Heart Association, P.O. BOX 417005, BOSTON MA 02241-7005.
