Marguerite Fecteau
LOWELL Marguerite (Mullen) Fecteau, 86, of Lowell, died unexpectedly January 21, 2009 at Saints Medical Center.
Born September 18, 1922, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Francis, and the late Florence (Mason) Mullen. She grew up in Lowell and attended the local schools.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph the Worker Shrine. She was a mother forever and worked for the YMCA, but she spent most of her time raising her five children. She loved animals, reading and she was a very good dancer. She enjoyed walks with her sister down memory lane, and spending time at the library, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her five beloved children, Frances Daley of Lowell, Florence and her husband William Teague of Lowell, Doreen Lomme of Lowell, Edward Fecteau of Lowell, and Willam and his wife Ann Marie Fecteau of Wilmington, a sister Eileen Stairs of Lowell, and 11 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was also the companion of the late Arthur Welch, the sister of the late Mary Dixon, the late Hazel Nash Purcell, and the late William Mullen.
