Liliana P. (Pimentel) Roque
LOWELL Liliana P. (Pimentel) Roque, 80, of Lowell, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital. She was the widow of the late Arthur C. Roque who passed away in 2003.
She was born in the Azores, Portugal, on November 20, 1936. She was raised and educated in Sao Miguel, and she worked as a seamstress.
Liliana and her husband, Arthur, came to the United States in 1971, settling in Lowell. They resided in the Back Central Street neighborhood for many years and later in South Lowell. She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church. She worked for Wang Labs.
Liliana is survived by her dear friend, Tami Dristiliaris of Dracut; her great niece, Helena Pimentel and her husband, Ricardo of Hudson, NH; her nieces, Olga Gaudencio and her husband, Guilherme of Somerset, and many additional nieces and nephews in Rhode Island.
