Lianne Fay Lamothe
LOWELL Lianne Fay (McMillan) Lamothe, 72, of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 5, 2010. She was the companion of Robert Sylvain for the past thirty six years.
Born June 7, 1937, in Gloucester, she was a daughter of the late Albert O. McMillan and the late Jennie (Fraga)(McMillan) Hogan and her husband, John Hogan. As a child, she moved with her family to Chelmsford and graduated from Chelmsford High School. Recently, she celebrated her 50th Class Reunion.
A communicant of Christ Church United, she enjoyed spending time with family, and liked doing crafts. Lianne also volunteered as a foster grandmother as well as a day care teacher. She liked interacting with the children, and enjoyed giving time to them.
She is survived by her daughters, Judyann Lamothe of Lowell and Kimberlyann Robinson and her husband, Andrew, of Dracut; her grandson, Jacob A. Robinson of Dracut; her sisters, Marcia Cutter of Washington, Virginia Shobe of Florida, and Sylvia Habe and her husband, Andrew, of Uxbridge; her brothers Carroll McMillan and his wife, Esther, of Maine, and Jereld McMillan and his wife, Carolyn, of Utah; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Robert Lamothe and a sister of the late Betty Lukegard.
