Kevin E. Lorrey, 56, of Lowell, passed away peacefully, at home, after a battle with cancer.
Born January 19, 1962, in Lowell, was the son of the late Alice (Kane) Lorrey. He grew up in Bedford and was a graduate of Shawsheen Valley Technical High School with the class of 1981.
He served over 23 years with the Bedford Fire Department before his retirement in 2013. In the course of his duties, he served both as a Firefighter and EMT. He was a member of the Firefighters Club in Lowell, and he enjoyed spending time on his boat, up at Lake Winnipesaukee.
Kevin was the proud father of his three daughters; Erin, Katelyn and Emily. He is also survived by his long time and loving girlfriend, Shirley Moore and her daughter, Ebony Moore, both of Lowell.
He leaves behind many great friends, especially, Phil Mitchell of Peabody, James Carnevale of Dracut, and Billy Capel of Burlington, and last but not least, his beloved dog, Elvis.
