Kathleen Elizabeth Moulton
DRACUT Kathleen Elizabeth (Laybold) Moulton, a Dracut resident, passed away peacefully after a short illness on Saturday, December 10, 2016, in Haverhill, MA with her loving family by her side.
Born November 20, 1950, in Lynn, MA, Kathy graduated from Lowell High School, grew up in Lowell, and married her husband, Dennis Michael 'Mike' Moulton at the Immaculate Conception Church on May 10, 1969.
Kathy and Mike enjoyed a solid, loving relationship, and were best described as being inseperable whether tending to simple errands or vacationing in Atlantic City. Kathy loved going for rides to the beach or the mountains, and simply being with her family.
Kathy retired from Wingate Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care on Rogers Street in Lowell, where she worked for several years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and developed a great fondness for many in her care.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Mike of 47 years; her son, David; her daughter, Kathleen (Moulton) Parrington and son in law, Jeff Parrington, of Dracut; her mother, Helen (Burns) Laybold of Nashua, NH; and close family friend, Maurice Cohen of Andover; her brother, Bill Laybold of Dracut; her sister, Amy McDonnell and her husband, Rick of North Port, FL; and her beloved grandchildren, Mitchell Moulton, Ashley and Rylee Parrington, and Tawney Robertson; and several nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters in law.
Kathy is predeceased by her father, William Laybold, of Lowell.
