Kathleen Alicia ‘Kibbles’ Brown
LOWELL Kathleen Alicia ‘Kibbles’ Brown, 34, of Lowell, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 after falling victim to the opiate crisis.
She was born in Lowell, on July 16, 1982 and was a daughter of the late Jesus Mejais and Kim (Brown) Colon of Lowell. She was raised in Lowell where she attended the Lowell Public School system, graduating from Lowell.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her large and loving family, including the Brown, Colon, and the Mejais families.
