Juliette 'Juju' Kachanian
"Devoted sister of Mary Kachanian"
LOWELL Juliette 'Juju' Kachanian, of Lowell, died unexpectedly Saturday, February 21, 2009 at home. She was the beloved sister of Mary Kachanian.
She was a daughter of the late Peter P., and the late Margaret (Dertadian) Kachanian, and attended local schools throughout the Lowell area.
She was a lifelong Lowell resident, residing in the Belvidere area for over thirty three years. She was employed as a stitcher for several local shoe shops for over forty years. She enjoyed cooking, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces, her nephew, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Besides her sister, Mary, she is survived by five nieces, Sandra N. Hersh and her husband, Rodney, of Groton, Darlene M. Aghoian and her husband, Allen, of Methuen, Linda K. Mendes and her husband, Leo, of Lowell, Margaret A. Tisbert and her husband, Scott, of Methuen, and Robin M. Hovanasian, of Salisbury; a nephew, Mark G. Hovanasian, of Methuen; seven grand nieces and grand nephews, Kerry-Anne Aghoian, of Methuen, Ingrid and Rudolf Hersh, of Groton, Rachel and Andrew Mendes, of Lowell, and George and Gabrielle Tisbert, of Methuen; and many cousins.
She was also the sister of the late Dikranouhi Kachanian, the late Alice Nazarian, and the late Violet Hovanasian.
