Harry E. Joslin
"Gramps"
LOWELL Harry Edward "Gramps" Joslin, 95, of Lowell, passed away after a brief illness Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Heritage Nursing Care Center.
Born October 29, 1912, in Lowell, he was a son of the late Hazel, and the late Mable Joslin, he was educated in the area.
A lifelong Lowell resident, he enjoyed walking all around the city, especially Lowell's dowtown area. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially football and was an avid fan of the New England Patriots.
He is survived by 8 children, Dorothy Gallant and her husband, Robert, of Lowell, Robert Joslin and his wife, Florence, of Vermont, Linda Mason and her husband, Roger, of Lowell, Kathleen Coldwell of Maine, David Joslin and his wife, Carletta, of Haverhill, Gordon Joslin and his wife, Bernadette, of Lowell, Herman Joslin and his wife, Barbara, of Lowell, and Peggy Joslin of Lowell, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
He was also the father of the late John Joslin, the late Dennis Joslin and the late Sonny Joslin.
