Joseph P. 'Joey' Angove
LOWELL Joseph P. 'Joey' Angove, 42, of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly due to a heartattack Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He was the husband of Briana A. (Morgan) Angove with whom he would have celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary later this year.
He was born on July 25, 1972 in Lowell and was a son of the late Lawrence E. Angove III and Brenda L. (Baril) Angove of Lowell. Joey was educated throughout the Lowell area and graduated from the Greater Lowell Voke with the class of 1991.
He resided in the Centralville Section of Lowell and was a communicant of Saint Michael Parish. He was employed as direct care worker for the Mental Health Association of Greater Lowell for several years. Joey also worked for Dracut Transportation and for Old Mother Hubbard. He loved fishing and camping, especially with his son. Joey also loved drawing and taking care of animals. He was a hardworking guy and in his free time, he especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Briana, and his mother, Brenda, he is survived by his four children, Iesha Elias, Sarafina Lind, Joshua Angove, and Alyssa Angove all of Lowell; and his three brothers, Lawrence Angove IV and his wife, Chantelle of Lowell, Brian Angove and his wife, Melissa of Lowell, and David Davis of Lowell. Joey is also survived by his godchildren, Kayla Angove, Luke Panyanouvong, and Alex Aguiar all of Lowell; his godparents, Lorraine Aguair and her husband, Zeke of Lowell; his brothers in law, Mark Starr and his wife, Amy, Patrick Starr and David Starr; his sisters in law, Kim Masucci, and Deborah Giordano and her husband, Paul; his nieces and nephews, Brian Angove Jr., Jeremy Angove, Kayla Angove, Chelsea Masucci, Tias Masucci, Jermaine Masucci, Paul Giordano and Vincent Giordano; and one great nephew, Luke Lee.
Joey was also the grandson of the late Lawrence and Lillian Angove, and Edna and Joseph Baril.
