Jose Gustavo ‘Chito’ Mangual
LOWELL Jose Gustavo ‘Chito’ Mangual, 24, of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 7, 2014. He was a son of Angel M. Mejias and Carla Mangual both of Lowell.
Born September 30, 1989, in Lowell, he was educated in the local schools, graduating from Lowell High School.
He made his home in Lowell, and enjoyed spending time with his family, and also enjoyed cars and rap music. Chito will be remembered by family and friends as a jokester as well as a prankster.
Besides his parents, Carla and Angel, he is survived by his daughters, Analeise Mangual and her mother, Amanda Mignone of Lowell, and Isabella Mangual and her mother, Miranda DeBrum of Lowell; his brother, Angel Mangual and his wife, Christine, of Lowell; his sisters, Lissette Mangual of Lowell, Lilliana Mangual of Lowell, and Yaritza Mejias of Puerto Rico; his grandmothers, Alicia Mejias of Lowell and Lillian Mangual of Lowell; his grandfather, Jose Martinez of Fitchburg; his nieces and nephews, Neijaydus Mangual, J’Leisany Mangual, Yulitza Ortiz, and Jomar Ortiz; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
