John L. Spinelli Obituary
John L. Spinelli, 43, of White River Junction, VT, formerly of both Lebanon, NH & North Reading, MA, died at his home early Wednesday morning, July 23, 2008,
after a long illness. He was born on April 12, 1965 in Lowell MA.
John was a happy man who would listen or talk to anyone. He took after his mother in his enjoyment of and talent with his fantastic cooking and gardening skills.
John enjoyed snowmobiling, riding on his friend's boat and most of all, being surrounded by family and friends. John never had children of his own, although he treated his two nieces and great nephew as though they were his own. He took great pride in their lives and was sure to speak with them every day.
John was predeceased by both his parents Louis & Margaret (Revels) Spinelli, formerly of both Lebanon and North Reading, MA. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law,
James and Debbie Spinelli of Lebanon, NH; his sister, Lisa Spinelli, and her spouse, Pamela Charpentier, of Newburyport, MA; nieces, Jennifer Spinelli of Lowell, MA and Caroline Spinelli of Lebanon, NH; great nephew, Caleb Spinelli, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends and his beloved Boston Terrier, Woody.
Family and friends are invited to attend memorial calling hours at Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Thursday, July 31, 2008 from 5-7 pm. To accommodate family and friends in Massachusetts, there will also be memorial calling hours at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street in Lowell, MA, on Friday August 1, 2008 from 5-8 pm.
A graveside service and burial will be held Saturday morning, August 2, 2008 at 10:30 am, at the Revels/Spinelli family plot in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham, NH. Family and friends are invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in John’s memory to a charity of your choice.
Both Ricker & McDonough Funeral Home assisted the Spinelli family with arrangements.
