Jo Ann Di Prima
LOWELL Jo Ann Di Prima, 69, of Lowell, passed away after a long illness, Friday, June 27, 2014 at Genesis Wakefield Nursing Facility.
Born October 24, 1944, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Di Prima and the late Constance (Vourloumis) Couillard, attended the local schools, including Bartlett School and Lowell High School. She was the first female class president of Bartlett School.
She resided in Lowell and Fitchburg most of her life, until residing at Genesis Wakefield since April. Jo Ann was very artistic, she loved drawing and sketching. She also enjoyed listening to music, and most of all, loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth Peralta and her husband, Rudy of San Diego, CA; her beloved
grandchildren, Nicholas and Maya Peralta both of San Diego, CA; her brothers, James Di Prima of New
York, Roland Couillard and his wife, Nancy of Seabrook, NH, Robert Couillard of Lowell, and George Couillard of Florida; her sister, Robin Koroskenyi and her husband, Steve of Leominster; her nephew Zachary Zufelt and his wife, Anne Marie of Townsend; and her cousin, Bessie Wallach of San Francisco, CA.
