Isabelle M. ‘Issy’ (Nobrega) (Oliveira) Boyle
LOWELL Isabelle M. ‘Issy’ (Nobrega) (Oliveira) Boyle, 87, of Lowell, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at D’Youville Life and Wellness Community after a lengthy illness. She was the widow of the late John T. Boyle who passed away May 11, 2000 and the late James A. Oliveira who passed away October 6, 1964.
She was born on July 2, 1928 in Lowell and was a daughter of the late Joseph and the late Eliza E. (Freitas) Nobrega. Issy was raised and educated in Chelmsford, where she lived for many years.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony Parish and was employed as a stitcher for Lowell Lingerie, later worked as a waitress at Johnny's Cafe, and she retired from the GCA Corporation in Chelmsford. She loved to go dancing, dining, and to the movies. Issy also loved traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Issy is survived by her two daughters, Joanne Wonson and Suzanne Witts, both of Dracut, her son in law Lucien Rondeau of Dracut; and her grandchildren, Michael Rondeau of Goffstown, NH, Kerry Ann Rondeau of Dracut, Sue and her husband Nick DiGirolamo of Norton. She is also survived by a caretaker and friend, Denise L’Heureux; many nieces and nephews, including her dear niece, Jill Adie and her husband, Don, and their children whom Issy cared for and loved for many years, Alyssa, Kirsta, Donnie, and Billy, all of Tyngsboro. She is also survived by many many friends and her dear sister in law and dear friend, Julie Ignacio and her husband, Joe of California.
Issy is also the mother of the late Diane Rondeau; grandmother of the late Michelle Rondeau. She is also predeceased by her siblings Peter Nobrega, Alice Silva, Arthur Nobrega, and Jerry Nobrega, and also her sons in law Arthur "Bud" Wonson, and Frank Witts.

HER FUNERAL MASS WILL BE OFFERED AT ST. ANTHONY PARISH, 893 CENTRAL STREET, AT 10 A.M.. BURIAL IN ST. PATRICK CEMETERY.
