Francis W. ‘Frank’ Duffy
SALISBURY, MA Francis W. ‘Frank’ Duffy, 69, of Salisbury, MA, passed away after a long illness, Monday, April 2, 2018 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
He was born in Lowell on June 12, 1948 and was a son of the late James J. Duffy Sr. and the late Mildred E. (Irvin) Duffy. He attended the area schools and graduated from Anna Maria College with a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.
He was employed as a Lieutenant at the Middlesex County House of Corrections in Billerica, MA.
