Dr. David N. Husson PSY.D
LOWELL Dr. David N. Husson PSY.D, 63, of Lowell, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Maria L. (Martinez) Husson.
He was born in Lowell on September 30, 1953 and was a son of the late Nicholas Husson and the late Rose (DeZazzo) Husson. David was raised in Lowell where he attended the local schools and graduated from Lowell High School. He then continued onto Middlesex Community College, Merrimack College, Assumption College, UMass Boston, before obtaining his Doctorate Degree from Miami Institute of Psychology.
David was employed as a Counselor and Social Worker at many clinics in Lowell and Lawrence. In addition he worked for over 10 years as a school psychologist in Miami, FL, and more recently in Salem, MA. He also worked for Disability Determination Services and University of Massachusetts. He was very talented and dedicated to performing psychological evaluations for his clients.
In his younger days, he was an accomplished drummer and flutist. He was very quick to strike up a conversation and make friends wherever he went. He enjoyed spending time researching new ideas and spent a lot of time receiving additional training on the computer.
In addition to his wife, Maria, he is survived by his stepdaughter whom he raised, Laura Lizette Esparza and her husband, Fernando of Miami, FL; and his granddaughter, Isabel Esparza of Miami, FL. He is survived by many cousins, and his brother and sisters in law in Florida.

HIS FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT 11 A.M.. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN LOWELL CEMETERY.
