Daniel T. Hand
LOWELL Daniel T. Hand, 41, a lifelong Lowell resident, died October 14, at Saints Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was a son of the late Daniel D. and the late Arlene F. (Newcomb) Hand.
Born July 26, 1967, in Lowell, he was educated locally, and was a communicant of the former Sacred Heart Parish.
Daniel was an avid sports fan, especially of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. He worked as a former nurses aid for Tewksbury State Hospital before working at Prelco for about four years. He then worked as a groundskeeper for St. Patrick’s Cemetery for about four years.
He is survived by his sisters, Arlene J. Colon of Lowell and Susan M. Toledo and her husband, Luis, of Milford, New Hampshire; his brothers, Brian D. Hand of Lowell and Robert M. Hand of Lowell; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and many nieces and nephews including, Kelly Bianchi and her husband, Dallas, of Wilton, NH, Luis Toledo of Merrimack, NH, Christopher Toledo of Milford, NH, Jennifer Toledo of Virginia, Renee Toledo of Wilton, NH, Olga Toledo of Milford, NH, Cory Toledo of Milford, NH, Susan Toledo of Milford, NH, Katelyn Hand of Lowell, and Nicole Brule of Lowell; five grand nieces and grand nephews, Haley, Landon, and Max Bianchi of Wilton, NH, Luis and Gabriella Toledo of Merrimack, NH, and also his former sister in law, Kathy Hand of Lowell, as well as his good friends, Lee Percy Coleman of Dracut and Renaldo Rego of Lowell.


YOU ARE INVITED TO HIS CALLING HOURS 4 UNTIL 8 P.M. ON THURSDAY.

ON FRIDAY, HIS FUNERAL WILL BEGIN AT 9 A.M. AT THE MCDONOUGH FUNERAL HOME, 14 HIGHLAND STREET, LOWELL (978 OR 800) 458-6816.

HIS FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 10 A.M. AT THE FUNERAL HOME. BURIAL IN ST. PATRICK CEMETERY.
