Cynthia K. “Cindy” Brown
LOWELL Cynthia K. “Cindy” Brown, a lifelong Lowell resident, died in her home on June 6. She was born with Down Syndrome on July 14, 1954 in Lowell. She was the daughter of the late Neal and the late Margaret (Trowbridge) Brown.
Cindy enjoyed music from the 1950’s and 60’s, and she attended the American Training Day Program for the past 13 years.
She is survived by her brother Neal E. Brown of Lowell, and her Aunt June Ducharme of Dracut,.
Her funeral take place at 11a.m.,on Thursday, June 11, at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, 95 Riverneck Rd., Chelmsford.
