Bernard J. ‘Bernie’ Loh
TYNGSBORO Bernard J. ‘Bernie’ Loh, 50, of Tyngsboro, died unexpectedly, Sunday, March 22, 2009. He was a son of Jean (Fiorentino) Baia, and her husband, William James Baia, of Florida and the late Bernard A. Loh.
Born July 4, 1958, in Brighton, he grew up in Lowell and was educated in the Lowell School System. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Bernie was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed hiking and horse racing, and especially loved traveling to Martha’s Vineyard. He worked in the construction trade his whole life.
In addition to his mother, Jean, and her husband, William, his survivors include his beloved, Susan Faticanti of Tyngsboro, with whom he shared his life for the last eleven years; her son, David J. Faticanti of Tyngsboro; a granddaughter, Nadia J. Faticanti of Tyngsboro; his brothers, Robert "Mouse" Loh and his wife, Sally, of Lowell, Walter J. Loh of Newburyport, Louis A. Baia and his wife, Madeline, of Lowell, and Michael J. Baia, of Clermont, FL; his sister, Jeanene A. Baia of Howland, ME; his sister in law, Sandra A. Kulis of Lowell; as well as many nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
He was also the brother of the late Louise M. Loh who died March 9, 2009.
