LOWELL: Joseph R. 'Frenchie' Boisvert, 73, of Lowell died unexpectedly at his home.
Born February 24, 1938, he lived for many years on Royal Street in the city before residing at the Bishop Markham Housing.
He is survived by a daughter, a son Joseph, a twin sister, Murial as well as his many neighbors who became his friends. He was also the dear friend of the late Ralph Mercier and his family.
